Migrating to GoWeBa
Bring your data into GoWeBa without starting from scratch. The Migration module guides you step by step and shows the progress of each import.
Access: Migration menu, or Settings → Migration.
What you can import today

New: your ChatGPT conversations
OpenAI is retiring 11 models on October 23. Now is the time to take back your history: import your conversations into GoWeBa, and WEBA remembers them for you.
- How: export your data from ChatGPT, then drop the file into the Migration module.
- Where to find them: in the WEBA Console, AI Archives tab.
- Privacy: your conversations belong to you. They are private by default and you can delete them at any time.
- Memory: WEBA can draw on these archives to answer you better.
Importing Gemini conversations will follow.
You are never on your own
Right from your dashboard, the WEBA onboarding assistant guides you through every setup step, including migrating your data. Assistance from a team member will soon be offered as an option.
How a migration works
- Open Migration and click New migration.
- Choose the source.
- Drop the file or connect the account.
- Check the field mapping.
- Start the import and follow the progress.
- Review the report: items imported, skipped and duplicates detected.
Good to know
- Duplicates are detected before the import (same email address as an existing contact, or repeated in the file). For each one, you choose to skip it or import it anyway.
- Your original data is never modified.
- More sources (Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, iCloud...) are planned.
