📋Overview

GoWeBa integrates with Zoom to allow you to create and manage Zoom meetings directly from the GoWeBa calendar. When you schedule an event that requires a video call, GoWeBa can automatically generate a Zoom meeting link and attach it to the event.

This integration is user-managed: each team member connects their own Zoom account to GoWeBa. Your Zoom credentials are encrypted and stored securely — GoWeBa never accesses your Zoom account beyond what is needed to create meetings.

🔐Permissions & Scopes

🛡️Data Handling & Privacy

  • GoWeBa stores only the OAuth tokens needed to create meetings on your behalf. Tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.
  • GoWeBa does not access, store, or process any Zoom meeting recordings, chat messages, participant lists, or other meeting content.
  • When you disconnect your Zoom account, all stored tokens are permanently deleted.
  • GoWeBa does not sell, share, or transfer your Zoom data to any third party.

🔗How to Connect

  1. Step 1: Go to the Calendar section in GoWeBa.
  2. Step 2: Click on the "Video Conferencing" tab.
  3. Step 3: Click "Connect" next to Zoom.
  4. Step 4: You will be redirected to Zoom to authorize GoWeBa.
  5. Step 5: Grant the requested permissions and you will be redirected back to GoWeBa.
  6. Step 6: Your Zoom account is now connected. You can create Zoom meetings from the event form.

🔓How to Disconnect

  1. Go to the Calendar section in GoWeBa.
  2. Click on the "Video Conferencing" tab.
  3. Click "Disconnect" next to your connected Zoom account.
  4. Your Zoom tokens are permanently deleted. Future events will no longer create Zoom links.
  5. You can also revoke access from your Zoom account settings at marketplace.zoom.us.

📦Requirements

  • An active Zoom account (free or paid).
  • A GoWeBa account with calendar access.
  • Organization admin or member permissions in GoWeBa.
